- For virtual and downloadable products, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once the product has been downloaded, even if it has only been downloaded once.
- For virtual and downloadable products, customers will have only two download attempts within 24 hours of the purchase. After that, the download link will expire.
- If you are not satisfied with your physical product, you may request a refund or cancellation within 14 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a refund or cancellation, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- To request a refund or cancellation, please contact us at support@mithilacraft.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the request.
- Once your request is received, we will inspect the product and process your refund or cancellation as soon as possible. Please note that refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds and cancellations will not be accepted for custom orders or personalized products.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund or cancellation request if we believe the product has been used or tampered with in any way.
